This pudding definitely defines part of my quarantine life. This is an absolute crowd pleaser and requires only a few ingredients. It just takes some time, but it is worth the wait!

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas

  • Nilla wafers

  • Vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 1.2 cups cold water

  • 1 pint heavy cream

  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

  • Kitchenware: Electric mixer, large bowl, mixing bowl, measuring cups

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk with the water for about 1 minute. Add the pudding mix to the bowl, mix well.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight. I learned the hard way that you should plan in advance!

  3. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add the pudding to the bowl and mix until well blended.

  4. Select a large bowl. Arrange 1/3 of the wafers to cover the bottom of the bowl. Slice up your bananas and add 1/3 to the bowl after the wafers. Pour a third of the pudding. Continue this layering.

  5. Garnish with any leftover bananas and wafers.

TA DA you have a delightful dessert.
